I’m actually possibly my myself that you have sent this email to me. 1. My name is not Andy it’s Jamie 2. As a result of your poor sales men not informing me of a common issue with the tiles I ordered my garden project is a complete failure 3. You sent me two completely different colours of tiles on two separate orders the second being the colour I actually wanted as opposed to the one I ended up with 4. Then as compensation I then was offered a meal out for myself and my partner which was never ever followed up. Not that it compensates for you ruining a 30k garden project all because you wanted a sale and not because you wanted to fully inform and advise me correctly at the point of sale. Absolutely disgusting company with no morals or ethics what so ever
