Very disappointed with the way they deal with my order. The parcel was sent through DPD but it never arrives to me meanwhile I kept on sending messages which were replied to within a few days. Eventually, DPD sent back the parcel to Out'n'About without me ever being noticed but I was charged 30 pounds for that. They had a disclaimer on the order saying that the customer should pay for the delivery. They didn't even provide me with tracking from DPD. So as far as I can see could be very easy a scam in which they just took 30 pounds but maybe the order never went out from the warehouse. Very disappointed
