Lack of transparency around warranty terms – disappointing experience. I purchased the Out 'n' About Nipper V5 with confidence just over a year ago, with a 2-year warranty, only to discover that essential parts like tyres and inner tubes are excluded—but this is not stated anywhere on the main warranty page. Instead, it’s tucked away on a separate “Arrange a Repair” section, which most buyers wouldn’t think to check before purchasing. This feels deliberately misleading and does not align with basic transparency expected under UK consumer law. When I raised the issue after a tyre repeatedly failed despite a new inner tube I paid to have replaced, the customer service response was dismissive. I rely on the pushchair daily with my toddler, and delays or uncertainty in support have real consequences. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed by their customer service—I previously waited the best part of a year for a replacement part. Their response time and lack of ownership over product issues have made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. I won’t be purchasing from Out 'n' About again and would encourage others to be cautious. A good product is only as good as the support behind it, and unfortunately, this brand falls short.
