Michael was very helpful right from start to finish, even when we changed our plans slightly, nothing was too much trouble. The van was spotlessly clean when we picked it up and lots of nice touches like tea, coffee and sugar, salt and pepper to get us started.
We chose the littlest van deliberately as we wanted something manouverable but we were really surprised how much space there was especially considering we are both about 6ft tall. Would definitely recommend.
