This year was our second time for using the services of OUTTHERECAMPERVANS on both occasions the help and support has been brilliant. The booking process was fast, efficient and very easy to follow, this level of customer service was then complemented by meeting us with the van and guiding us through the how to do things. Michael does all he can to ensure things run smoothly, even booking hotels for us when we had a mishap with connecting trains. Both vans we have used have been clean and comfortable with all ‘mod cons’ provided within. They have been a pleasure to drive across a wide range of roads that the Highlands and Islands of Scotland offer. Before you leave Michael he ensures you are confident with what you have learnt and offers to assist if any problems occur once you have left him. We have never needed to take up this offer as the vans are totally reliable. On returning you are met by Michael at the location of your choosing and he is genuinely interested in your holiday and that he has been able to facilitate you having a good relaxing time. It is obvious from Michael that he genuinely wants to facilitate people being able to explore the world and have a good time and gets a great deal of pleasure in doing so. Because of Michael’s attitude and the quality of his vans we are already planning our third trip to northern Scotland.
