Overpriced products which fail to be delivered.
Happy to hold on to my money for months on end, with the bare minimum of information supplied about when to expect delivery. They promised to provide almost daily information and all I get is one email a week about a queue position, and a once a week forum post about which SKUs they've received shipments of. Lack of clarity from their management, lack of clarity from their suppliers too.
Don't order from them. I certainly won't be doing so again.
