Other companies give you the courtesy to tell you what your queue number is.
Ordered via finance which went smoothly with the external company, but no update on the ocuk website hours later despite fully approved and confirmed finance. You’d think when spending a *small fortune* there would be some semblance of decent quality of information exchange.
Previous purchases went well when no finance was used. There was no need for customer support.
But this experience definitely gives me a different perspective to consider when buying a expensive goods.
