It's all gone down hill, they have thrown customer service out the window.
Accept orders for "in stock" items, then ghost you.
waited 3 weeks to have my order cancled.
As a long term customer with years of sales history on my account, this is just a big middle finger.
You'll never see another order from me again, nor the clients I manage.
