This company will only help you out with returns if it's inside of their legally required 30 day period, if your item develops a fault after 31 days they will not help you and tell you to just go to the manufacturer.
Very poor service, this was the first time I ever had an issue with an item needing to be RMA'd after using them for years, and they couldn't care less outside of their legal requirements. I won't be buying anything from them again after this.
