Bought a "brand new" graphics from them, only for it to arrive scratched with a bent IO shield, as if its been screwed down with the strength of god behind it. I complained in a call to Overclockers and they took the most relaxed and rude approach to my call, like its something I should of expected and its perfectly normal practice for them. I mean I paid for next day delivery, and now I'm getting my replacement GPU (In a presumably new condition) 3/4 days after I ordered it after this return is process. This cost me over £700 and Overclockers said they weren't making any money off of its sales, so couldn't offer any compensation OR apologies for the shoddy service. That's THEIR PROBLEM, and it shouldn't be MINE.
