Bought a new PC from them, arrived after over a week, when it was supposed to arrive within a week. Earthing of the PSU was not properly done, and so the USB ports sparked whenever an external HDD USB cable approached the PC. They didn't bother to respond to me, and were more than happy to take the money. I'll be pursuing the money back via my credit card company (thankfully I ordered via card), and if needs be, will take them to court, just to prove a point to these mouth-breathers. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS, THEY DO NOT CARE AND TAKE NO PRIDE IN THEIR WORK!
