Product is great but this review is for the customer service. I ordered my tent and stove in May but didn’t get around to opening until November. Unfortunately, I failed to notice my sku didn’t include sauna rocks. I sent an email to confirm and ordered some at the same time. Long story short, email confirming my original order was correct but with an offer to discount if I was interested. Applied retroactively to pending order and away we go. Can’t count the number of people I have told this too and watched the disbelief on their face. Great experience.
