Ordered and paid for a beautiful casket, found out they didn’t have the one I ordered so they upgraded it at no additional cost. It arrived on time after paying for 2 day shipping. Every time we called with a question, they answered quickly and gave us the answers we needed. Totally worth the money. Definitely recommend!
