“Never Ina million years would I ever have thought I'd be writing a review about a casket purchase. I lost a dear friend and was helping her husband thru the process. The viewing of the caskets in the Funeral home was brutal for the loved ones. And the pricing is crazy. I did some research and saw all the great reviews so I called to get some info. Alyssa couldn't have been more helpful. Awesome to deal with Ina very emotional time. She explained the process and made me feel comfy with the concept. The casket arrived at the funeral home exactly as expected. I was asked to be present to inspect it. It was perfect for three occasion and very similar to the one I've seen in the Funeral home at a MUCH lower price. The reason I'm writing this is to share that in this worst moment, most vulnerable state... There IS an alternative. Steve C from NY”

“It was a pleasure to learn that your company exist. My grandson shared with me about your company and he bought my daughter hers and it was beautiful. So when my husband passed in April I bought his favorite color Blue and everyone said it was beautiful at his funeral. His service is on FB, Instagram. I’m also interested concerned the Headstone for my husband eventually. Everything went great.”

“I had chosen a beautiful wood casket for my wife after her death. My son suggested i coulid save significant cost by ordering the casket online. We contacted Overnight Caskets. the lady we talked to was wonderful. I could feel her concern and condolances during the first call. This call was on the friday immediately after her death. She helped us find a beautiful casket. She let us know the casket would be delovered to our selected funeral home. in 4 days. The funeral home recived the casket in 4 days. I called on the following Tueday for location of the delivery and they were able to tell that delivery would occur that very day. The Casket is beautful. It is everthing I could have hoped for.”

“Well, I ordered the casket on a Wednesday night at 11:30pm paid the $300 overnight delivery fee and it arrived by 3:00pm that Friday. Worked out perfect and was a beautiful casket.”

“My grandmother passed on a Tuesday, I ordered the casket the same day only few hours after 1. Paid for 3 day shipping. One would think in the business of people dying, 3 days from Tuesday is Friday. Nope wasn't there til Monday and it was delivered 5 mins before the cut off at the funeral home. Mind you the casket came from one state away. I could have saved the mo by and picked it up quicker than waiting almost a whole week.”

“I had no idea that caskets could be purchased through a third party. When I found out I was so pleased to order from Overnight Caskets since the family save over $1200 on our Mother’s Casket. It was delivered to the Mortuary on the day I asked for it to arrive. We were very pleased considering the nature of the circumstances!”

“They missed two appointments in a row, yesterday and now again today. May need to buy local because I need it now. I have called three times. This is very disappointing. I am interested to see how company responds to their on time guarantee, because this one missed the mark twice. It may be great when it shows up, but I have lost confidence in on time delivery.”
