“I never thought you could buy Casket online until I found Overnight Casket. This place is amazing. The customer service is top-notch. The prices are wonderful. “This was an amazing purchase. The coffin was absolutely beautiful and was shipped in perfect condition. This was so much more affordable than purchasing from the funeral home. Going through this was tough enough financially. This made things so much more affordable and easy. We are so thankful for this company.”

“Overnight Caskets website, customer service operator (Meg), and shipping department are absolutely above expectations. The website photos and descriptions are exact, what you receive is what you've ordered. Meg was very patient, kind, and empathetic. Meg made sure to explain the details of the casket, shipping options, and delivery time expectations. Our casket arrived in perfect condition the day we expected. Friends and family members commented on its unique, intricate beauty. Caskets that the funeral home that were to be for mom were plain in comparison and almost twice the price. We highly recommend the pink velvet Mother's casket, you will never regret it. Believe me I know my Mom is smiling from heaven. You will receive various compliments, the photo doesn't do the casket any justice. Upon viewing the casket with the complete floral arrangements at the funeral home you will be overwhelmed with such gratitude & peace knowing that this was the right casket for my mom. Highly recommend & the process to order via phone when locating the casket via overnight Caskets is worth every step. Meg or the other representative will explain everything & believe me, you will be beyond pleased. Thank you for making my mom have an elegant casket that even had the embroidery mother with curtains same as the overnight casket pics on their website. She looked like an angel.”

“This is my 3rd casket from Overnight casket, I have never had an issue with the shipping to the Mortuary, arriving on time and so forth. If you want to save a little extra money since these days funerals aren't cheap I would recommend Overnight caskets.”

“Casket was very pretty. Brushed stainless on top was prettier than the online photo! Arrived on time, great communication! Will order from them again! Highly recommend! The additonal "Lords Prayer" insert was not legible, (it looks exactly as pictured online, I thought it would be clearer) but the praying hands insert that came with the casket was just fine.”

“Customer service is really quite good. The issue we had was damage to the casket we ordered, which was shipped from Indiana. The point person I spoke with (Michael Kaplan) was understanding and offered us a couple of different options to rectify the situation, but there was scant time to reship a replacement. I am left to assume the damage was incurred during shipping, so I can't hold the co. entirely responsible for the mishap. Chalk it up to a system that is dependent upon third party shipping...and the human capacity for error.”

“This is the sadly the 2nd casket in the last 5 years that I've had to purchase and I would say without a doubt, this company is the best for quick delivery, great customer service and high quality caskets at a great price! This time I ordered the Cherrywood Poplar casket and it was absolutely beautiful. It was a nice send off for our loved one. I hope not to have to use them for another 5 years but if I do, I know where I can go. Thank you!”

“The ordering process with this company was truly pretty easy. I "chatted" with an extremely nice person named "Meg", and then had a phone conversation with her later. She was very helpful, patient and made sure that I was getting accurate answers to the questions I asked of her. I appreciated her immensely. As to the casket which I ordered, it arrived at the promised time and was just as beautiful as I felt it might be. Overall, I have NO complaints about Overnight Caskets' products, the ordering process or it's staff. THAT was all great!! I DO have to complain, however, about how my purchase was shipped. When my funeral director called and told me that the casket had been delivered, but that the shipping container was almost destroyed, I truly panicked. She said that she didn't want to "unbox" the casket until I was present, due to all the damage to the container, so I had to make a 30 mile drive to be there with her when the un-boxxing was done. I am uploading a few pictures of the packaging for your reference. When I saw the damage in person, I just couldn't believe that the casket inside the MESS could have come through without being damaged.... but it did. My advice to you would be that you definitely do a MUCH better job of preparing the caskets for shippping. Only TWO straps across the middle of the casket is hardly what I would call sufficient for the trip. Logically, I feel that there should be at least 3 or 4 straps around the body of the casket, and at least ONE additionally placed around the casket in the head-to-foot direction. Also, it might be wise to take another look at the company you are using as your air carrier. How DID they manage to beat this shipment up SO badly? I am sorry that I could not give you a better than "acceptable" rating, but given the circumstances, I think the pics will speak for themselves when it comes to my displeasure. This lack of care with my purchase led to a great deal of distress for me, during a particularly sensitive time.”

“It was a pleasure to learn that your company exist. My grandson shared with me about your company and he bought my daughter hers and it was beautiful. So when my husband passed in April I bought his favorite color Blue and everyone said it was beautiful at his funeral. His service is on FB, Instagram. I’m also interested concerned the Headstone for my husband eventually. Everything went great.”

“I had chosen a beautiful wood casket for my wife after her death. My son suggested i coulid save significant cost by ordering the casket online. We contacted Overnight Caskets. the lady we talked to was wonderful. I could feel her concern and condolances during the first call. This call was on the friday immediately after her death. She helped us find a beautiful casket. She let us know the casket would be delovered to our selected funeral home. in 4 days. The funeral home recived the casket in 4 days. I called on the following Tueday for location of the delivery and they were able to tell that delivery would occur that very day. The Casket is beautful. It is everthing I could have hoped for.”
