“It was a beautiful casket as far as that goes. I was very stressed about the delivery because I was told it would be delivered in the morning,so the funeral home kept calling me and telling me that it was not there yet and I had to call a couple or 3 times and it got there around 3 pm. Funeral was the next morning.”

“I paid for second day delivery and it showed up right on time! The casket was in perfect shape and it was absolutely beautiful. Their customer service is really awesome!”

“I think you need to rethink your marketing strategy because I ordered an earn and then I literally got 25 to 50 more emails about me buying another one which is not really something I wanna be thinking about in the current state that I’m in is more people dying in my life”

“Casket was very nice. However the email communication was lacking. An item is delivered on a date. If the email has “sent” this indicates the item is in transit. This one word in the email confirmation was confusing. I contacted customer service to verify the item had been delivered, not just sent. Customer service via chat was very helpful.”

“Great quality, excellent service, would definitely use again and recommend. The mortuary was impressed by the price, quality, and prompt service. The only sticking point for me was that “Overnight” in the name of the company suggests that an order made on Thursday afternoon could be shipped for receipt in CA on Tuesday (after a Monday holiday) without an “overnight shipping” charge of $300. It was explained to me that overnight shipping was only available for that fee. No explanation of whether fee applies if received on Wednesday instead of Tuesday.”

“I placed an order for a gold casket on a Wednesday night for a viewing and funeral 8 days later. I received a call the next day informing me the casket I ordered was out of stock and they provided two comparable options. I was a little upset that their website would let me order a casket they didn’t have in stock. I picked out a different casket which was a little more in price, at no extra charge to me; which I appreciated and it was shipped and delivered to the funeral home the very next day. I then received a call from the funeral home telling me the casket was damaged so I had to call them back. I was told I had to email pictures and then they would send out a replacement. This happened the Friday before Labor Day so I was a little worried that the replacement casket wouldn’t arrive in time, but to my surprise it did. My takeaway from all of this is if you have time before a funeral, this is a great option because you’ll get an upgraded casket cheaper than a funeral home but, only if it’s in stock and not damaged.”

“Ordered the casket on the afternoon of 7 Aug 2026. The same casket was offered by the funeral home for 2x+ the price. Got free delivery on 12 Aug 2026 by 12:39 pm. Only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the driver was supposed to call me when he got close after making several other stops in Jacksonville so I could meet him at the delivery point as instructed (the funeral home). The driver delivered without calling me.”

“We appreciated the affordable prices and good customer service. We were disappointed that the casket was not packaged better so there was some minor damage and the tracking information was not updated in a timely way and we were not notified of its arrival.”

“It was a very easy process to purchase the casket and several payment options were available. I had to call for a shipping update as it was still preparing for shipment a few days after purchasing it. Later that day I had a tracking number and the casket was safely delivered overnight.”

“Beautiful casket was delivered with three obvious crosswise scratches across the top of it - funeral home tried their best to hide them but it looked pretty poor. Casket was otherwise beautiful, delivered on time, and at a great price. Overnight Caskets promptly issued a credit with their apologies for the damage. Good to know they stand behind their product. If I had to go through this process again I would certainly give them another try.”

“OVERNIGHT CASKETS are great EXCEPT that once you order you keep getting emails about the casket being delivered, not being delivered, that you might want to get another... all kinds of crazy stuff. WHEN YOU ARE NOT in the mood for it. PEOPLE HERE ARE REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL, CASKET IS BEAUTIFUL, and I would order again. I don't know if all the emails was a glitch, but I hope they fix it. Will be ordering from them again and also giving out the name to friends.”

“I ordered Saturday 6/17 knowing that the order wouldn’t be placed until Monday 6/19. I needed next day delivery which would be Tuesday there was a delay and I didn’t get the casket until Wednesday which was the day of the viewing. I was able to track it along the way which was a relief. They refunded me my overnight shipping fee without me asking that put the icing on the cake. The world is different now especially after COVID give yourself a couple extra days delays are out of the hands of overnight caskets.”
