“It was a very easy process to purchase the casket and several payment options were available. I had to call for a shipping update as it was still preparing for shipment a few days after purchasing it. Later that day I had a tracking number and the casket was safely delivered overnight.”

“Beautiful casket was delivered with three obvious crosswise scratches across the top of it - funeral home tried their best to hide them but it looked pretty poor. Casket was otherwise beautiful, delivered on time, and at a great price. Overnight Caskets promptly issued a credit with their apologies for the damage. Good to know they stand behind their product. If I had to go through this process again I would certainly give them another try.”

“OVERNIGHT CASKETS are great EXCEPT that once you order you keep getting emails about the casket being delivered, not being delivered, that you might want to get another... all kinds of crazy stuff. WHEN YOU ARE NOT in the mood for it. PEOPLE HERE ARE REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL, CASKET IS BEAUTIFUL, and I would order again. I don't know if all the emails was a glitch, but I hope they fix it. Will be ordering from them again and also giving out the name to friends.”

“Casket arrived on time and is remarkably close to the picture. There are just a few scratches and chipped places in the back but they aren't very obvious”

“I ordered Saturday 6/17 knowing that the order wouldn’t be placed until Monday 6/19. I needed next day delivery which would be Tuesday there was a delay and I didn’t get the casket until Wednesday which was the day of the viewing. I was able to track it along the way which was a relief. They refunded me my overnight shipping fee without me asking that put the icing on the cake. The world is different now especially after COVID give yourself a couple extra days delays are out of the hands of overnight caskets.”

“In general the service at overnight caskets is quite good,the reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 was because I was told my 1st choice of caskets was not available by the person I talked to initially and wouldn't be available in time for the funeral,but I talked to a different person a day later and they were able to locate 2 of the casket model that I wanted.Pricing was much better than mortuary prices and competitive with other online casket dealers.Overall a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend overnight caskets.Good job!!”

“I enjoyed most of my experience with Overnight caskets. The personnel was great. Very kind and quick to answer any questions I had. One problem which could have been a major one if the funeral was at the time expected, was our casket came with a very large dent in the center top of it (about 12x10x2). I'm surprised they don't check them out before delivery since funerals are already stressful for customers and the coffin is the main thing, besides of course the loved one, that people are looking at. In my case they quickly got a new one for us. I'm a bit surprised I didn't receive an apology to the fact, just a short email saying one was on the way. Who knows, maybe they'd have brought a new one a few hours later if need be. I would order again from them since they made a wrong right, but only If I had an extra day or so in case of another mistake.”

“The time from when the order is placed and accepted is fine. The communication from your company to the customer can improve. It will help greatly if the customer has current information about their order. I had to call the office 3 times because the status of my order was never updated from the processing phase. The status never changed from shipped. There was no tracking information given. It should have been updated as shipped-in transit-delivered. My order was placed and accepted on September 19 and the delivery was made on September 23, 2022. It’s a great comfort if a customer knows the shipping and delivery date.”

“Great service overall. The casket was delivered fast, in about 36 hours after ordering. The agent was very helpful in making sure I got the right kind of casket for shipment (needs a proper seal). And the price was great. The only complication was concerning the size. On the website the size of the casket I chose is listed at 81 x 28 inches. On the invoice that came with the casket it indicated 86 x 32 inches. Finally, using a tape measure, the funeral home measured the casket at 83 x 28 inches. The confusion around the size caused some anxiety as to whether the casket could fit in the plot.”

“Need to make clear that the funeral home will be responsible for packaging (cardboard and Styrofoam) I though this was included as removal of packaging. We had to find a truck and dumpster because the funeral home would not dispose of it.”

“Nothing but compliments on the beautiful casket, saved a bunch of money. Had a family member that bought the identical casket a few years back from a funeral home and couldn’t believe the price difference! Thanks Overnight Caskets! One very small blemish but not even noticeable.”

“While the holidays got in the way of delivery and I had to cancel the order, their selection was awesome and when I had to cancel, they called to say it wouldn’t make it and then immediately refunded my money so that I could get a local replacement as needed. Excellent customer service, will definitely use them again if I need them.”
