“Original order had wrong picture so color was not correct. After ordering it, I saw some comments In reviews that had a picture that showed correct color. Lucky it hadn’t shipped yet so I was able to change my order to one that was the correct darker blue. The people on the phone were helpful and delivery was well done and on time.”

“I called before the office opened and left a voicemail to call me back but no one called and by the time I called back later that day no one new that I had called also there was no notification of delivery that should be a part of your service but overall I was happy with my purchase”

“I did not know that you can get tracking numbers and what time the casket would be delivered until the funeral home called and said the casket was not here. You need to let customers know of that option.”

“This was my first time in dealing with Overnight Caskets, which was due from my brother's passing from Covid-19. I am happy to say in this difficult time that my experience with this company was wonderful from my very first telephone call. The staff that I dealt with were extremely polite and caring. The delivery was done in accordance with the information received upon contacting Overnight Caskets. I will be sure to keep Overnight Caskets in my important papers, and will share my wonderful experience with others.”

“Overnight Caskets sales support are professional and responsive. Overnight Caskets was prompt to overnight replacement casket once being notified of damaged casket (with supporting photos, which casket was likely damaged during delivery). Overnight Caskets would have 5 stars if courier delivered replacement casket also picked up damaged casket instead of courier issued separate order to pick up creating logistic / packaging issues. Overall, I will recommend Overnight Caskets.”

“Was not able to create an account to check status of shipment so I wasnt able to get my tracking # or view why my order status changed but over all once casket was received it was a beautiful casket and pricing was great. Free overnight service was a huge help and made that part of my father's burial stress free for my already distraught mom.”

“Casket arrived on time and was as nice as I expected. I would use you again. Only thing I would suggest is after the order is placed to have more up to date info regarding when it would be shipped and delivered. Since I ordered on a weekend that was unclear, website said open 24/7, but I was told later that you do not ship on weekends. Would have been good to know in case casket needed to be delivered by a certain day. Tracking was not available and info was never updated once casket was shipped. I had to call numerous times to find out where it was and when it would be delivered because there was no info available. You always answered the phone and checked for me, but it would have been easier to be able to track it myself. When ordering, the online chat never did work, no response the few times I tried. I was a little leary but I went ahead and ordered it online, though I did have questions I would have liked answered first before I placed the order and gave my credit card info. All in all the service was good and your product too..”

“Our first choice in caskets was not available and the suggested substitute was fine. The challenge was the phone calls to verify- and the cross cross of conflicting emails. In the end all worked out- beautiful casket. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again.”

“It's better to call and order than to order online. When you call, they can give you a better idea of what caskets can be available in shorter time frames since some are at different warehouses. Be aware the free overnight shipping shown on the webside is misleading. Overnight only available if you are located within a certain distance of a warehouse that has the casket you want. That being said, the casket I ordered was delivered on the day they promised and was beautiful. No damage or other problems. They said a tracking number would be provided but I did have to email them to get it. Once I got it, I was able to follow shipment which helped ease any worry about it getting delivered on time. Overall, this was a good experience. Well worth it to get the savings.”

“While the casket we wanted wasn't available the level of customer service Makalyah (hope I spelled correctly, but at least I remembered ;-)) was AMAZING. She went through their entire collection with me to find something similar. We ordered Wednesday evening (after 5 pm) and the casket arrived at the funeral home that Friday in perfect condition! Only 4 stars because the 2 caskets we really wanted were not in stock but other than that OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“Overall I had a great experience during a difficult time of the loss of my mother. I would have rated a 5 star if not for the fact that I think it is very difficult to use the "FREE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING" that is advertised on Overnight Caskets website. There was 4 different caskets that I would have been satisfied in purchasing and none of them were currently available in their east or south east warehouses. Therefore I had to agree to pay $150 to have flown in from west coast and pickup myself at airport freight location.”

“The casket arrived on the next day as promised. Only thing is that the delivery company initially couldn't guarantee that it could arrive before the time the funeral home's receiving team got off work. That caused some stress, but after help from Overnight Caskets and the funeral home contacting the delivery company, it made it right before they closed. Dustin from Overnight Caskets provided great customer service. The casket itself looked nice and no major blemishes. However, upon inspection, the movement mechanism inside the casket to raise the platform did not move easily up and down. So the funeral home will do their best to raise the platform as much as possible for the viewing, which means the guests might have to bend over more into the casket to view the person.”

“Customer service was very polite and empathetic. They were also very knowledgeable on their products. Our dads' casket arrived in a timely manner and I was even alerted on the arrival date and time. Our only problem was the material used to line the interior of the casket. There was too much lint and loose thread so it got on our dad's suite. The funeral home was able to vaccum the excessive away. The quality of the liner could be better.”

“In the end, we were happy with our purchase. First shipment arrived damaged, and luckily a replacement shipment (day later) arrived without damage. Company was responsive to correct the problem. Would have been great had the first shipment arrived without issues.”
