“So my experience with Overnight Caskets was almost perfect. Makayla was great. The price was great and you even price matched a competitor. I received 7 e-mails from Overnight Caskets. Thanks for your order. Thanks for registering. Here is your receipt. Here is a copy of your conversation. Your order has been updated to shipped and 2 e-mails asking me to "Rate my Experience". Well the one e-mail, and the most important was the one I never received. YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED. If I had a tracking number it would have saved me 5 days of unnecessary stress. You do not offer a tracking number. You need to provide a tracking number. Food for thought.”

“Working with Overnight Caskets was a very good experience for me and my family. We were operating with a small window of time, we called Overnight Caskets and someone answered our call right away. They were the only company that we spoke with that could make the delivery by our deadline and their customer service was exceptional. On the day the casket was to arrive I received a call verifying the delivery time, something I did not expect. The quality of the casket was great and the only reason I am giving the company 4 stars and not 5, is because a casket key did not come with the casket. I do recommend this company.”

“The casket was beautiful. It shipped over night and they called an hour before to let us know they were coming. It was a great experience. My only comment could be the picture showed it as a little darker. But other than the color being a little off. It was perfect.”

“It appeared to be a little tight fit, also I didn't care to much for the lining in casket. Satin or sateen woud have looked better, I think. (The deceased was 6'4" 245 lbs). Cost & shipping was on point. Would recommend.”

“I received the casket in pretty short order. It was as advertised. Wood seemed solid, finish really good with only a couple imperfections noticed but not enough to send back. Solid construction. It was hard to figure out/track shipping though. Needed some support from Overnight Caskets team and they got back to me on the weekend to help. This helped me give a good heads up to the funeral home first thing on Monday. All around very pleased with the price and the product received. Thank you!”

“The casket was beautiful and the ordering process was very smooth. However, we ordered the casket on Mon Dec. 30th and due to the holiday Overnight Caskets was closed on Tues and Wed. We needed the casket to be at the funeral home on Thursday for the service on Friday. Overnight Caskets was unable to bring the casket to the funeral home on Thursday. The funeral home was nice enough to send someone to the New Jersey warehouse to pick up the casket on Thursday. Everything ended up working out and the service was beautiful.”

“I was very happy with the casket. It looked fine and arrived on the right day. I took off a star because they could do a LOT better with communication. There was no information about tracking unless I called. It added another level of stress to an already stressful situation. The delivery truck arrived 90 minutes past the 2-hour delivery window, so my brother was at the funeral home waiting for 3 1/2 hours. That is probably the fault of the delivery contractor, but it's something to consider. Even with the communication problems, I would still use them again. I estimate we saved about $3000 by buying it with them instead of the funeral home. (And our funeral home was very nice about the whole thing, so don't be scared!)”

“Everything arrived on time and in great condition. The actual color between the casket and the picture of it on line was just slightly off. It is advertised as antique white but it looked like it had a bit of a green undertone. It is still great and does not detract from anything. It is just an observation.”

“The casket was beautiful and arrived the next day in plenty of time for the services. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because they did not have the casket that was my first choice. However, the one chosen was excellent.”

“Very good experience. Customer service reps friendly and knowledgeable. Reason for the 4 out of 5 rating was due to the fact that the casket arrived damaged. That being said, they quickly responded the issue to my satisfaction.”

“Just one issue on shipment. I received notification item had shipped but nothing after that on arrival not even from the funeral home. I found out it had arrived when I called to check status. To my surprise it had arrived the previous. The funeral home didn't notify me even stating I had to be their on day of delivery. Due to the guy receiving the shipment who was also one to pick-up the body he remembered the name and excepted the casket but was ready to deny my order because he was notified of an outside order not company related.”

“Purchased online to save a little cash. Product was nice, as described! Only negative is I had to pay $300 for shipping which almost zeroed out the savings I was getting from the online purchase. Also, they don’t do shipping on Sunday, which is frustrating since their name is “Overnight Caskets”!”

“Original order had wrong picture so color was not correct. After ordering it, I saw some comments In reviews that had a picture that showed correct color. Lucky it hadn’t shipped yet so I was able to change my order to one that was the correct darker blue. The people on the phone were helpful and delivery was well done and on time.”

“I called before the office opened and left a voicemail to call me back but no one called and by the time I called back later that day no one new that I had called also there was no notification of delivery that should be a part of your service but overall I was happy with my purchase”

“I did not know that you can get tracking numbers and what time the casket would be delivered until the funeral home called and said the casket was not here. You need to let customers know of that option.”

“This was my first time in dealing with Overnight Caskets, which was due from my brother's passing from Covid-19. I am happy to say in this difficult time that my experience with this company was wonderful from my very first telephone call. The staff that I dealt with were extremely polite and caring. The delivery was done in accordance with the information received upon contacting Overnight Caskets. I will be sure to keep Overnight Caskets in my important papers, and will share my wonderful experience with others.”

“Overnight Caskets sales support are professional and responsive. Overnight Caskets was prompt to overnight replacement casket once being notified of damaged casket (with supporting photos, which casket was likely damaged during delivery). Overnight Caskets would have 5 stars if courier delivered replacement casket also picked up damaged casket instead of courier issued separate order to pick up creating logistic / packaging issues. Overall, I will recommend Overnight Caskets.”
