In general the service at overnight caskets is quite good,the reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 was because I was told my 1st choice of caskets was not available by the person I talked to initially and wouldn't be available in time for the funeral,but I talked to a different person a day later and they were able to locate 2 of the casket model that I wanted.Pricing was much better than mortuary prices and competitive with other online casket dealers.Overall a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend overnight caskets.Good job!!
