The time from when the order is placed and accepted is fine. The communication from your company to the customer can improve. It will help greatly if the customer has current information about their order. I had to call the office 3 times because the status of my order was never updated from the processing phase. The status never changed from shipped. There was no tracking information given. It should have been updated as shipped-in transit-delivered. My order was placed and accepted on September 19 and the delivery was made on September 23, 2022. It’s a great comfort if a customer knows the shipping and delivery date.
