I was very happy with the casket. It looked fine and arrived on the right day. I took off a star because they could do a LOT better with communication. There was no information about tracking unless I called. It added another level of stress to an already stressful situation. The delivery truck arrived 90 minutes past the 2-hour delivery window, so my brother was at the funeral home waiting for 3 1/2 hours. That is probably the fault of the delivery contractor, but it's something to consider. Even with the communication problems, I would still use them again. I estimate we saved about $3000 by buying it with them instead of the funeral home. (And our funeral home was very nice about the whole thing, so don't be scared!)
