Great service overall. The casket was delivered fast, in about 36 hours after ordering. The agent was very helpful in making sure I got the right kind of casket for shipment (needs a proper seal). And the price was great. The only complication was concerning the size. On the website the size of the casket I chose is listed at 81 x 28 inches. On the invoice that came with the casket it indicated 86 x 32 inches. Finally, using a tape measure, the funeral home measured the casket at 83 x 28 inches. The confusion around the size caused some anxiety as to whether the casket could fit in the plot.
