“Dealing with overnight caskets was a breeze. We had one problem with our order. In browsing the website I wasn’t aware that there were east coast and west coast options. I think that could be more easily noticed on the website. Despite this small hitch, Customer service called me right away and they were extremely helpful in making sure the casket of my choice arrived timely.”

“This was a very good quality product for the cost. Paid almost 1/2 of the least expensive casket, funeral home offered. It came free shipping in 2 days, direct to funeral home. I received daily email status updates. Got many compliments on the casket. Even the funeral director asked where I got the casket from, as he was impressed as well. This was easy to order, and saved $1000. If the made in china sticker wasn’t on the casket, would have been a 5 star.”

“The casket was nice but the wording inside the casket Psalms 23 was not clear enough and readable. Try to make the wording more clear so that it can be read clearly.”

“Everything was lovely. I suggest a little streamlining of the ordering process, forcing you to select your region for the order. My first two choices were not available at your Newark depot and it did not flag this.”

“Their service and courtesy were fabulous. They were wonderful at communicating with both us and the funeral home as well. They went out of their way to get our order done in a tight time frame, and substituted a slightly higher priced item for a lower price when one that had been shown as available on the website turned out not to be. The casket itself looked very nice, and the quality was quite satisfactory. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the delivery was later than promised, and we were under a lot of pressure from the funeral home to meet the time since it was a Saturday. They did keep in touch and kept giving us estimated times, but that went on all day and kept changing. They did get it there, but it was a little after the funeral home had closed. It all worked out, but was added stress at an already stressful time, although the funeral home was equally responsible for that. But otherwise I would recommend them with no reservations.”

“An overall excellent experience, with only one (relatively minor) complaint. First off, the casket was lovely, received on time, and over $2k cheaper than a very similar casket from the funeral home. I placed the order early Thursday morning, and by Friday afternoon, the casket had arrived at the funeral home. My only complaint is this: the company doesn't automatically update shipping status on their website. So, when I checked the status at 7PM California time on Thursday, it still showed "Awaiting pickup." Given that the casket needed to be in Illinois on Friday, this caused a moment of panic. I called, however, and they promptly picked up, explained that the site doesn't update automatically, and provided a tracking number and shipping information. Other than that, the experience was first class. I hope not to need their services again for a long time, but would certainly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need of a casket.”

“The Casket was Beautiful! There were issues with delivery. Wish I would have known ahead of time. Didn't know it came on a semi-truck, with no platform to raise or lower it, but you guys came through with another truck, so, Thank you for that!”

“The ordering was easy and the casket was beautiful. The only little unforeseen problem was the driver getting a flat tire the day before so the casket was delivered the following morning, the day of the funeral. Fortunately, it was an afternoon service so it all worked out well after my nerves were on edge a bit.”

“Great job with over-the-phone customer service and ordering. The product came a day later than anticipated but still within the time window we needed for it to arrive. The one thing I'd ask is that we could track delivery without calling to find out. Overall, great experience.”

“The casket was beautiful and arrived even a day earlier than expected. My only concern is that their system of updating the status of shipping is way off. The day it was supposed to be delivered I checked the status and it still said, "Awaiting Shipping." I about had a heart attack. When I contacted the company directly they were able to inform me it had been delivered the day before and it had. But they need to update their notification system to prevent panic during a very stressful time.”

“Casket is beautiful. I ordered the item on Sunday but it didn't arrive until Wednesday. Service representatives was friendly and professional. Cost savings was great. No taxes or delivery charge.i would use them again.”

“Delivered the casket on time with no delivery issues. There were a few smudges on the outside of the casket from the packaging and movement during shipping, but nothing that ruined the appearance.”

“Overnight caskets delivered as promised. They were very professional and helpful. However, the quality was not as good as advertised. The casket was 18 gauge but sounded more like 20 gauge when you tapped on it. Otherwise it looked beautiful just hope it withstands time.”
