Customer service was very polite and empathetic. They were also very knowledgeable on their products. Our dads' casket arrived in a timely manner and I was even alerted on the arrival date and time. Our only problem was the material used to line the interior of the casket. There was too much lint and loose thread so it got on our dad's suite. The funeral home was able to vaccum the excessive away. The quality of the liner could be better.
