The casket was beautiful and arrived even a day earlier than expected. My only concern is that their system of updating the status of shipping is way off. The day it was supposed to be delivered I checked the status and it still said, "Awaiting Shipping." I about had a heart attack. When I contacted the company directly they were able to inform me it had been delivered the day before and it had. But they need to update their notification system to prevent panic during a very stressful time.
