Dealing with overnight caskets was a breeze. We had one problem with our order. In browsing the website I wasn’t aware that there were east coast and west coast options. I think that could be more easily noticed on the website. Despite this small hitch, Customer service called me right away and they were extremely helpful in making sure the casket of my choice arrived timely.
