While the casket we wanted wasn't available the level of customer service Makalyah (hope I spelled correctly, but at least I remembered ;-)) was AMAZING. She went through their entire collection with me to find something similar. We ordered Wednesday evening (after 5 pm) and the casket arrived at the funeral home that Friday in perfect condition! Only 4 stars because the 2 caskets we really wanted were not in stock but other than that OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
