Just one issue on shipment. I received notification item had shipped but nothing after that on arrival not even from the funeral home. I found out it had arrived when I called to check status. To my surprise it had arrived the previous. The funeral home didn't notify me even stating I had to be their on day of delivery. Due to the guy receiving the shipment who was also one to pick-up the body he remembered the name and excepted the casket but was ready to deny my order because he was notified of an outside order not company related.
