Overall I had a great experience during a difficult time of the loss of my mother. I would have rated a 5 star if not for the fact that I think it is very difficult to use the "FREE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING" that is advertised on Overnight Caskets website. There was 4 different caskets that I would have been satisfied in purchasing and none of them were currently available in their east or south east warehouses. Therefore I had to agree to pay $150 to have flown in from west coast and pickup myself at airport freight location.
