“My grandmother passed on a Tuesday, I ordered the casket the same day only few hours after 1. Paid for 3 day shipping. One would think in the business of people dying, 3 days from Tuesday is Friday. Nope wasn't there til Monday and it was delivered 5 mins before the cut off at the funeral home. Mind you the casket came from one state away. I could have saved the mo by and picked it up quicker than waiting almost a whole week.”

“I had no idea that caskets could be purchased through a third party. When I found out I was so pleased to order from Overnight Caskets since the family save over $1200 on our Mother’s Casket. It was delivered to the Mortuary on the day I asked for it to arrive. We were very pleased considering the nature of the circumstances!”

“They missed two appointments in a row, yesterday and now again today. May need to buy local because I need it now. I have called three times. This is very disappointing. I am interested to see how company responds to their on time guarantee, because this one missed the mark twice. It may be great when it shows up, but I have lost confidence in on time delivery.”

“I am a pastor in Lawrenceville, Georgia, which is about 45 minutes outside of downtown Atlanta. My assistant chairman of Deacon passed away. He was a decorated military veteran, and as I was assisting his wife to make plans for his homecoming service I came upon the overnightcasket.com site. In an effort to reduce the cost of the Funeral I suggested that she on a Monday considered purchasing the casket from overnightcasket.com. She purchased a casket on a Monday night and it did not arrive on Tuesday, it did not arrive on Wednesday, but on Thursday we were told that the courier had picked it up from Atlanta Hartsville Jackson Airport at roughly 3 o’clock in the afternoon. By 6:00 PM the funeral home had closed and still no casket. The family viewing was supposed to be on Thursday and because there was no casket. There was no viewing. I contacted overnightcasket.com and spoke with a representative who informed me that they could not get in touch with their carrier. This is highly unacceptable. It is bad enough that a wife has to mourn and plan the loss and Home going celebration for her beloved husband and has to now wonder if it would take place because there is no casket. Buyer beware”

“I can't thank you enough for how pleasant our experience was . My Mom's favorite color was purple and when she passed, the casket options from the funeral home just weren't ideal. We found the Lilac casket on your site and took a chance on it living up to her memory. Well it far exceeded our high expectations. The casket was absolutely beautiful. She would have loved it! The pink lining accompanying it was very subtle and added to the beauty. We had numerous family and friends come up to us and say; "I just found my casket!". So as not to take any chances, we did pay to overnight the casket to the funeral home but even with that the cost was reasonable. The ordering process also couldn't have been easier. We were helped through the entire process by their representative (her name escapes me) after starting the process online on a Saturday. The casket arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Again, many thanks for wonderful experience. I would recommend Overnight Caskets in a heartbeat!”

“The Casket was hansom. It was just as was presented online and came with no blemishes. There were no hidden fees. Price was as was advertised. Delivery was fast and special instructions requested by our funeral home were accomodated with no questions asked. The purchase of the casket with the assistance by telephone was quick and easy. The sales person was professional and kind during our difficult time. I would recommend Overnight Caskets.”
