“Ordered the casket on the afternoon of 7 Aug 2026. The same casket was offered by the funeral home for 2x+ the price. Got free delivery on 12 Aug 2026 by 12:39 pm. Only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the driver was supposed to call me when he got close after making several other stops in Jacksonville so I could meet him at the delivery point as instructed (the funeral home). The driver delivered without calling me.”

“Fast, efficient, economical, professional and great quality. Unfortunately, this year i have had to use Overnight caskets service twice. To have to bury loved ones and have the fear of doing things right and to get quality product and service was so appreciated. “My Dad chose Overnight caskets because they had the one he wanted, cost efficient & we're able to deliver when and where we wanted. Had no issues as customer service always answered our questions. Received without issue, had it delivered to our residence for traditional customization before we took it to the funeral home. Would highly recommend it if you want to save money & piece of mind.”

“I ordered a casket from Overnight Caskets with only five days’ notice after my mother unexpectedly passed away. During an incredibly difficult time for my family, they were able to expedite the order and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The casket was absolutely beautiful, and my family was amazed by both the quality and appearance. “Exceptional outstanding customer service Delivery partner is very good. Only little thing is delivery partner in glen burnie said the driver can’t call me an hour before arrival , different from what overnight caskets promise. But guess what finally happened? The driver did call after all. Driver was polite too. Quality of the wood coffin is very very good and reasonable price compared to what you get from funeral homes in general”

“I can't say enough good things about Overnight Caskets! The casket I ordered was priced great and it was beautiful. The cherry color was very elegant and it looked great with the American flag draped over it. It looked so good it was a shame that I had to bury it!”

“The casket was beautiful and delivered on time. Only thing that did not happen, which Overnight said would, is the carrier that delivered did not contact me an hour before arrival. Luckily the funeral home called me when it got there and I was in town to accept.”
