It was very easy to place the order and I was contacted immediately once they discovered the color I chose wasn't available. My only negative comments would be that they should make it clear not to count the day of delivery being sent as a day to count for shipping because I had to change my order to ensure it would arrive in time. Also, I just thought a company selling caskets would at least offer condolences. The interaction with sales person was a little cold and my only reason for not providing 5 stars, but I would recommend the company moving forward.
