We are very pleased with the 'White Cross' Lords Prayer Casket we ordered for mom. We called to confirm that it was available before ordering it online and the customer service representative was very helpful with that and with explaining how to order and how the delivery worked. We paid a little extra for a guaranteed delivery date but it was worth it, it did arrive on time and we still saved over two thousand dollars! The only reason for the 4 stars is the fact that it did have two flaws, but they were not deal breakers! We would definitely recommend!
