I had found a casket that I was interested in purchasing on a competitor site, BestPriceCaskets.com. However, when I called that company to ask a few questions and presumably place the order, I received the most astonishingly abusive customer service of my entire life!--and that when my mother had just died! I found overnightcaskets.com, and to my relief everyone was polite and professional. The casket I purchased was very elegant and I received it in an orderly fashion. The funeral was already expensive enough without having to pay the funeral home's price for a casket--so I am grateful to have purchased it at this site at a nice discount. I would definitely recommend doing business with this company.
