I called on a Tuesday and spoke with Steve. I was guaranteed delivery for Thursday. In Wednesday I received a call saying my order would be delivered between 2 and 4. The pictures online did not adequately depict the delivered product. I was quite pleased when I saw the actual casket. Losing a one is not easy. Overnight Caskets was professional, fast, extremely cost efficient (saving me about $1300 from what Funeral Home wanted to charge), and exceeded all of my expectations!
