Once we learned of our option to purchase a casket on our own we gave this company a call (on the recommendation of our funeral director). I am super impressed. Everyone I spoke with could answer all my questions, anticipate our questions and everything happened the way they said it would. Delivery was amazingly quick and on time.I was informed when it was shipped and another call to tell me it was delivered. The product (casket) was as described.
