I ordered the Franklin Solid Poplar Wood Finish With Cream Velvet Interior for my fathers funeral. I would describe the casket as oak wood with a high gloss finish. It looks expensive, but economical especially compared to the funeral home prices. The company delivered it on time and in perfect condition. I was very pleased. Just a side note, I paid extra to get it shipped within 3 days (before the weekend). Their name is overnight casket, but you pay extra for expedited service. I still high recommend this company.
