They went above and beyond to make my order right and deliver on time. My dad passed away on Sunday. I ordered crematory casket on Sunday for Wednesday thinking Free 3-day shipping was good enough. However, i had a missed call with voice mail and email Monday morning to let me know that the one i had ordered was not in stock. They agreed to send us an upgraded one for and send it to us for two day shipping at no extra cost. Beautiful casket arrived on Wednesday. Thank you.
