Their service is outstanding. They were a blessing with an unexpected expense. The price for the beautiful casket we was $400 cheaper than any of the caskets offered by the undertaker. That they took PayPal was a blessing. I was able to pay for the casket six months interest free. Their customer service is outstanding. They constantly sent me emails notifying me on the status of my order. When the casket arrived with a scratch, my wife called them and they gave her a discount.
