First time doing this. Ordering a casket for a family member online. The order was actually placed by phone. Spoke to a live person, who answered the phone quickly. I was very nervous, due to the time element of funeral. The casket was delivered an hour before the guaranteed time. It was very professionally packaged, to prevent damage and it was beautiful! Everyone said that we must have spent much more than the actual cost. Great relief! Thank you Overnight Caskets
