I ordered the casket for my wife over the phone and had no trouble ordering it. It came just as I had ordered it and on time just as the company said it would. About a month ago, in early September of this year, I ordered a casket from Overnight Caskets for my mother with the same results. Great company to do business with and i hope they're around for a long time to come,
