Overnight Caskets answered my questions when I called, even late in the evening. Casket arrived sooner than anticipated which quieted the funeral home representative who said they would have a hard time if it didn’t come 2 days before the funeral service. You also allowed me to change the address (over the phone) for the vault delivery from funeral home to the cemetery. Now I know: vault goes to the cemetery, casket goes to the funeral home. I would definitely order again if needed.
