Supervisor Mark took control of possible problems and ensured there were no problems. His coordination of delivery was excellent and he called me to ensure no problems. Kudos to Mark. The beautiful casket that we purchased turned out to be the talk of the funeral. The cost I saved from the local funeral home was over $2100.00. Thank you Mark and your crew for taking care of us in our time of needs.
