The first CSR I reached answered all my questions and was very kind. I was amazed that they would hold the casket up to 6 months or longer if needed. The delivery to the mortuary went very well and the day of the graveside service we were delighted at how beautiful the casket was. The blue matched her beautiful blue eyes!
