Thankfully we've never had to buy a casket before. We were nervous and weren't sure what to expect. Customer service was terrific. The casket was beautiful and in perfect shape. Everyone commented on how beautiful it was. It looked very elegant and expensive. It was a fraction of the cost of what we would've paid in the funeral home.
