Customer service and the voice of the representative were exceptional; the company did their best and accommodate my day of delivery request; representative gave me a different delivery time frame; within five minutes she called back and said her manager said delivery will be made as requested without additional delivery charge; I will use Overnight Caskets when the need arises and have and will continue to recommend the company to others; thank you for your caring and exceptional service.
