Super fast. While I haven't seen the casket yet because it was delivered to the funeral home, they did receive it in a timely manner. Customer service was great when I had a question about which location would ship faster to Michigan. Thank you for your help. I saved almost $2,500. In my world, that's some real money. Update! The casket was beautiful and just as pictured. My brother was very pleased with both the look and the savings. I highly recommend their product and service.
