Beautiful casket; fantastic customer service. When the casket arrived it was more beautiful than the pictures, and everyone was simply amazed at the quality of it. When I needed to call their customer support for some questions they were hands down the best customer support that I have talked to in YEARS. 1,000 times recommend over and over if anyone needs a casket.
