I am extremely happy with the purchase, the delivery time and the customer service. I ordered a casket for my brother the Tuesday evening, I accidentally left out a digit from the address instead of typing 163 I typed 16. However I did not discover the error until that Thursday evening, by then the casket was shipped. I called customer service that Friday morning and in a state of panic was wondering what would happen. The guy assured me that they will take care of it, and the casket would arrive at the Funeral Home on Monday as promised. It was delivered as promised, I was so grateful because honestly I was getting anxiety. The casket was exactly as shown on the website.
