I found the website a bit difficult to navigate in terms of trying to make sure the casket was shipped to the funeral home and not to our home, so I called the order in instead. The person who took my order was not the most polished order-taker, but the casket arrived in time, cost thousands less than what we would have paid if we bought it from the funeral home, and even the funeral director at the very upscale funeral home we used was very impressed with the quality.
